the traditional Middle Eastern dance form. They've been performing
around the San Francisco Bay area since 1996.
Anaya Gypsy
Anaya Gypsy is a fusion belly dance troupe in Cincinnati, OH.
They specialize in whatever fun things they can get their bodies to do and whatever
they are feeling like at the moment. The director of Anaya Gypsy is a long time student
of Mecca's, Mecca's new webmistress, and you may even catch her performing with Rakadu
on occasion.

Baraka Mundi is a live music and dance ensemble inspired and informed by the cultures of the Middle
East, North Africa, India and beyond. They have been awing audiences in their hometown of
Asheville, NC since 2000.
Subee Djinn
Subee Djinn is an eclectic belly dance troupe out of Los Angeles, CA. Members include Superkate
and Nikii, long time friends of Rakadu. Be sure to check out their website for more information
